 About Janet

​With over 25 years experience providing adult, couples, family and child counseling, 
I provide treatment for depression, anxiety, marital and relationship problems, parenting/family issues, conflict resolution, stress management, and substance abuse concerns.  

Many of these issues have a common thread which, once identified and addressed, enable us to resolve conflicts. Thus healthier and more satisfying relationships can be created and maintained. 

One must be aware that it is often during a time of life transition or loss that a deep level of spirituality can be discovered. Regardless of where our life's journey takes us, we need to remember that cultivating self compassion is the key  to fostering change!
